How do I unlink my account from someone’s else’s device

    Hello, Julius!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for coming by to ask us a question. I hope your most recent visit to the Disneyland Resort was pixie-dusted to perfection!

The easiest way to unlink your theme park ticket or Magic Key pass from a Disney account is with the Disneyland mobile app on that person’s mobile device. They should tap the "≡" icon to open the main menu, select "My Tickets & Passes," and scroll through the tickets and passes linked to the account until they see the one you’d like to have removed. Below the ticket barcode and ID number, they should see an option to "Delete This Ticket." If they don't have the option to remove it this way or if asking the person to remove the ticket on your behalf is not an option, I recommend calling the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636. A friendly Cast Member can assist you and, from what I understand, they may be able to remove the ticket remotely.

That said, if the ticket or pass has already been activated by you, don’t worry. When admission is scanned for theme park entry at the turnstiles, Cast Members always verify a person's identity via the photo on file, so another individual should not be able to use your ticket. Additionally, they would not be able to enter a park without a valid associated theme park reservation to go along with the ticket.

I hope this information helps, Julius, but please feel free to write back if you need further clarification or have any other vacation planning questions in mind.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
