I have a "Unique Disney Reference" for a package booking (Hotel, food and tickets) but this does not work when linking to my Disney account. It is telling me my reservation cannot be located as entered...

    Hi Tom!
    Welcome to planDisney.

It's always a pleasure to assist fellow guests from the UK and I'm sorry you are having trouble linking your holiday booking to your MyDisney account. Here are some of my tips to help with this -

Your confirmation number to link with your MyDisney Account should be 8 or 12 digits.  I find it easier to use the website (rather than the app) to link my reservations, so I recommend you visit the website at www.disneyworld.co.uk/plan/, set up your MyDisney account, then click on 'Plans and Tickets".  By entering your Booking Reference under 'Resort Hotel' 'Link a Reservation', both your hotel and ticket details should appear under your plans.  Then you'll be set to go.

If you are still unable to link your reservation, please call The Walt Disney Travel Company on freephone UK number 0800 169 0749, and they will be happy to assist you.

Please come back and visit us If you need further clarification about any of the above, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  Also, keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news about events that my be happening during your stay.
