MagicBand+ pairing with Smart Phone; Minnie Mouse band

    Is there a way to uninstall your magic band Plus from your my Disney experience app so I could put it on the right Disney experience app?

    Hey there! Hi there, Joseph! It won't be long before you are walking down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. It's the heartbeat of a holiday!

    It sounds like you have a MagicBand+ that is not assigned to the right Guest. Typically, once a MagicBand+ is assigned to a MyDisney account, it cannot be transferred to a different one. I have been told that a Cast Member may be able to assist in transferring a MagicBand+, but only if the band has not been used to access tickets or make purchases at a theme park. This is an exception to the policy, so it is not guaranteed. But it is worth calling My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ and asking if they could help. 

    You can also try the Help Center Chat function on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Cast Members may ask you to log into a window where they can access your account and reassign the MagicBand+ to someone in your Family & Friend List. You can also chat with them on the My Disney Experience app. To do this, open the main menu (the "≡" at the bottom of the screen), scroll to "Help & Feedback," and select "Chat With Us." Again, this exception may be possible with an unused MagicBand+.
