I unfortunately took a tumble and injured my ankle. I have been advised against excess walking. Would I be able to transfer my adult ticket to a child? If not, what other options do I have?

Hi Karyna. I'm so sorry you took a tumble and injured your ankle. I'm sending happy thoughts your way.

Typically, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you have a package, I encourage you to discuss your reservation with a Cast Member. You can do so by calling 407-560-CHAT (2428). If you have tickets only, you can call 407-566-4985 and select option four. This will direct you to a Cast Member in Ticketing Guest Services.

I'm so sad you may not be able to experience your vacation. I don't know if this is a possibility but, would renting an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) be an option? If you want to discuss this further, you can contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email With your vacation a few short days away, I encourage you to reach out to Disability Services soon if you would like to rent an ECV.

Once again, I'm so sorry. I wish you all the best. Thank you for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information. I hope you are able to find a way to experience your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Take care,
