Typically,
tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you have a package, I encourage you to discuss your reservation with a Cast Member. You can do so by calling 407-560-CHAT (2428). If you have tickets only, you can call 407-566-4985 and select option four. This will direct you to a Cast Member in Ticketing Guest Services.
I'm so sad you may not be able to experience your vacation. I don't know if this is a possibility but, would
renting an Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) be an option? If you want to discuss this further, you can contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com. With your vacation a few short days away, I encourage you to reach out to Disability Services soon if you would like to rent an ECV.
