If you do not see the dining reservations in
My Disney Experience, then I do suggest that you call 407-939-1947 to cancel. Check your email notifications to see if you can locate the dining reservation numbers. Having those reservation numbers will expedite the cancellation process. If you had dining reservations with other restaurants not affiliated with the Walt Disney World Resort, you would need to contact those directly to cancel.
It sounds like you purchased
Memory Maker in advance. According to the current
Disney PhotoPass Terms and Conditions at Walt Disney World Resort, Memory Maker is non-refundable unless purchased as a part of a
Disney Resort Hotel Vacation Package. If purchased as a part of a Disney Resort Hotel Vacation Package, the cancellation terms would be subject to the cancellation and refund policies of your vacation package. No matter how you purchased it, I suggest that you call 407-939-1936 to speak with a Cast Member and review your options.
Linda, we have only had to cancel one family vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. Almost eight years later and that disappointment is still etched in my brain. Fortunately, we were able to regroup and plan a trip for the following year. I shall order up the wishes, we will send them to the stars, and soon, you shall be planning again!
