I’m so sorry to hEAR that you had to cancel your upcoming
Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, what a bummer! I’m not able to see when your package was originally booked for, but assuming that you were able to cancel it at least 30 days before check-in, then the $200 deposit and any balance you’ve already paid is refundable. I called a Cast Member at Walt Disney Travel Company Reservations, and was told that it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles on your credit card or payment method in order to see your refund. If for some reason you still don’t see it after 2 billing cycles, she recommended calling a Disneyland Guest Services Specialist for additional help at (800) 922-9312.
If you happened to cancel between 30 to 5 days before your arrival date, then you’ll be refunded everything you’ve previously paid minus the $200 deposit. Lastly, if your check-in date was within 4 days of your cancelation, the vacation package is non-refundable.
