What are must do and unforgettable things we should do to celebrate 1 year old birthday? I know she will not remember, but pictures are forever. Thank you.

    Hello Viviane!

You took the words right out of my mouth! Often times other have asked why we take the kids to Walt Disney World Resort when they are so young because they won't even remember it and my reply is always, "True, but I will!" It's been wonderful to watch their faces and expressions over the years both on the trips and when reliving the memories at home. Every year we make a wall calendar with our family's favorite pictures and my youngest keeps the old ones as picture books. She loves going through them to look at the photos and hear the stories about our vacations.

Any moment can be unforgettable and I recommend using Disney's PhotoPass Service as much as you can and purchasing Memory Maker in order to keep all of your precious memories. There isn't much worse than having tons of adorable photos and having to pick and choose which ones to pay for and keep.

Also, I adored having our kiddos first haircuts at the Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street, U.S.A. The photos we took were cute and you also get a pair of mouse ears and a certificate along with their lock of hair. Character Dining Experiences are a great way of getting those coveted shots with Disney friends. Not only do you usually get a little more time with each character, but they also offer the opportunity for your little one to "warm up" to the characters. Celebration cakes are available at most locations as well.

Please let us know if we can be of any more assistance, Viviane. We'd love to hEAR from you.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
