We are an uneven # of 3 in our party. Will one of us always have to ride by ourselves or get paired up with other groups with odd #s of riders? Are any of the rides big enough to accommodate the three of us sitting together?

    Hi Dena,

I've had the opportunity to visit Walt Disney World as a member of a triumvirate (that sounds more epic than just calling yourselves a group of three!). So, I can tell you from personal experience that you'll see a variety of results when it comes to seating arrangements in the various attractions:

    1) Some attraction vehicles can easily accommodate a triumvirate. For example, the attraction vehicles in Test Track have two rows with three guests in each row.

    2) Some attraction vehicles may be best suited for two guests at a time (e.g. The Haunted Mansion). In those cases, you will have to draw straws to see who has to ride Han Solo (that sounds more epic than just saying you're a single rider).

In some of these instances (e.g. The Rock 'n' Roller Coaster), you may find that the person in your triumvirate that has to ride Han Solo will be paired up with another single rider. (That happened to me one time and the guest that was paired up with me screamed so loud that my left ear was ringing when the ride was over. It was hilarious!)

    3) Some attraction vehicles (e.g. in The Great Movie Ride) are huge and can accommodate as many as 10-12 guests in each row, so you'll have to make some new friends along the way.

So, I wouldn't worry about the fact that you have a triumvirate. In fact, it will come in handy at the restaurants because you'll have an extra chair to pile up your backpacks and souvenir bags while you refuel!

I hope that helps! Please feel free to write back if you should have any additional questions and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
