My understanding is that my 7 month old will be able to ride any ride that has no height restriction? Is that correct? And if so, do I need to bring a car seat or anything for rides like Pirates of the Carribean or Haunted Mansion? Big family trip.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Quentin!

I love that you are researching and planning ahead.  It make things so much easier once you arrive for your trip!

You are correct.  Your baby can ride any of the attractions with no height requirements. You can hold your little one on your lap and you will not need to bring a car seat or anything to put them in.

For those attractions with height requirements, you can use Rider Switch option.

Here are some things I've found helpful when traveling to Disney with infants:

    * Take advantage of the Baby Care Centers located in all 4 theme parks.
    * Bring something to help keep your baby entertained in line - favorite small toys, snacks, bubbles, etc.
    * Be sure to give him/her breaks from their stroller.
    * Try (it may be hard) to stick to nap times.
    * Keep your baby fed and well hydrated (that goes for you too).
    * I answered a question for another guest with some tips on strollers that you may also found find helpful.
    * If you see that your baby has had enough for the day, pack it up and head back to your resort. You may not get to do everything on your trip, but you will enjoy everything you do.

Please feel free to visit again with all of your questions.  We're thrilled to assist you.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-)  Allison V.
