Hi! It is my understanding that you can make dining reservations 180 days in advance. When considering the 10 days that you can make reservations for with a Disney resort reservation, is that actually 190 days?? Getting confused! Thanks!

It can be confusing! In fact, I'm getting ready soon to make Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) for my family trip in October. It's so much fun when the 180-day finally arrives!!

You'll call 180 days prior to your arrival.

In that single phone call, you'll be able to make reservations for up to 10 days of your vacation.

This saves having to call back each day that is 180 days from your intended ADR.

So, the ADR that you make for day 10 of your vacation is actually 190 days from the date that you call.

If you are not staying at a WDW resort, you'll have to call back each day that is equal to 180 days from the date that you wish to make an ADR.

I hope that I'm not adding to your confusion.

Let me see if another Mom has a better explanation. Here ya go!

If you are still confused, stop back and I'm sure we can work together to figure it all out!!

    Happy dining!
