It is my understanding that some of the current Fort Wilderness cabins are pet friendly. I was wondering if the new DVC Cabins at Fort Wilderness will be pet friendly as well.

    Welcome, April!

Thank you for visiting us here at planDisney! It's great to hear you are planning your next Walt Disney World Resort visit. The new Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort look absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to stay in them!

I read a Disney Parks Blog post about the cabins, that said they would be dog-friendly, and I also spoke to one of the friendly Cast Members in Resort Reservations who told me as well that the new cabins do also offer pup-friendly accommodations. This is great news for Pluto's pals! Currently, the new cabins are available to book for stays beginning September 27. There is a separate pet fee per night of your stay and a few pet rules to make certain to follow, but it's all worth it for our best four-legged pals to join us in the magic!

This fall will be a wonderful time to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. Tiana's Bayou Adventure is scheduled to open sometime this summer. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE® is a favorite fall experience and no autumn trip is complete without Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as I'm pretty sure they will be announcing some more experiences to expect later this summer and into the fall.

Happy planning, April! Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
