I understand that as we are in the UK we are unable to preregistration for DAS. 1. Because of the above would they still off us the 2 advanced selections each day 2. If not can we do the preregistration process on arrival

    Hello Ian,

It's always such a great pleasure for me to welcome a fellow British Guest here to planDisney!  Plus of course, it goes to make my zip-a-dee-doo-dah-day to be able to offer a little pixie-dusted guidance on how best a Guest from the United Kingdom may register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) at Walt Disney World Resort.

For the moment, Guests like you and I, from the United Kingdom are not yet able to take advantage of the pre-registration process for the Disability Access Service (DAS) via the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company website.  However, it certainly is good to know that Guests from the UK are indeed more than welcome to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) upon arrival at any Disney Theme Park by simply visiting a Guest Relations location.

Or, if you so wish, once safely landed in the United States of America, it will be possible to access the US-based www.Disney.DisneyWorld.go.com website where you should be able to go ahead and utilise the Disability Access Service (DAS) Pre-registration process.

Ian, you'll be pleased to hear that any Disability Access Service (DAS) that Cast Members may provide will be valid for your entire length of stay; which currently is set for up to 60 full days at Walt Disney World Resort!

I feel sure you'll discover a plethora of pixie-dusted assistance is provided for Guests with Disabilities at Walt Disney World Resort.  I know first-hand from my own family holidays that Guests living with Cognitive Disabilities are offered such thoughtful and inclusive accommodations which are all set to make our precious family time together as supercalifragilisticexpialidocious as possible!

And lastly, should you have any further specific questions about visiting Walt Disney World Resort with a disability, it's always possible to connect with Cast Members via this handy email address: Disability.services@disneyparks.com

Ian, all that now remains is for me to wish you and your dear family an extra magical upcoming holiday later this month at Walt Disney World Resort!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
