    I understand tip is included for the Castle. Is this also true for Akershus? Also, scheduled Pirate & Pals Voyage for last night there. What happens if it rains? Are fireworks ever cancelled? If so, will we be refunded? Thx

    Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at the Norway Pavilion in EPCOT is a wonderful Character Dining experience with many of the beautiful Disney Princesses!

    The last time we went, there was an 18% service charge added for parties of 6 or more.

    And to answer your question about cancellation of fireworks displays - yes, it does occasionally happen, due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  Sometimes they are only delayed a bit, waiting for a storm to pass over. 

    As for the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Cruise, if Disney cancels the actual specialty cruise, due to weather or other unforeseen events, your credit card will be refunded for the full amount of the activities on your reservation. 

    There is also a cancellation policy which states that you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time.

    However, if the cruise takes place, but the fireworks are canceled, there is no guarantee that there will be a refund.  There is no definitive policy on this, so I am not saying that a refund in this particular circumstance would NEVER happen.  It would be up to those who are in charge of the event at that time to determine if the circumstances warrant a refund.  However, it is not something that can be guaranteed.

    I hope this is helpful.  I am very sorry that I could not be more specific in my response.  I did call Walt Disney World at (407) WDW-PLAY to double-check my response, and this is the answer I received.
