Hi Jennifer, Seeing as gratuities are no longer included in the Dining Plans at WDW (in most cases....some Dining Experiences still include gratuities, but not the Pepper Market Dining), be prepared to pay the 10% gratuity at the Pepper Market. Because this location offers a unique partial table service atmosphere, but for a Quick Service meal entitlement (or price), this is the reason for the 10% gratuity addition.
