Hi, Mona! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
You have just named a few of my favorite places to dine with my family while on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! You are correct,
Cinderella’s Royal Table,
Mickey's Backyard BBQ,
Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, as well as
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue all require prepayment via credit card. However, if you have a current Magic Your Way Vacation Package which includes the
Disney Dining Plan, and are logged-in to your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to make the Advanced Dining Reservations without having to prepay. If you want to make a reservation but do not yet have your Magic Your Way Vacation Package, then you can always prepay the amount listed (it varies based on date and age), and you can call to receive a refund when you have added the Disney Dining Plan. I have, however, heard that certain Guests were asked to make a prepayment even though they had the Disney Dining Plan. In this case, they called Disney Dining and were able to get a solution. Please keep in mind that even if you have the Disney Dining Plan, you will have to leave a credit card hold for the reservation. Just a quick reminder that these dining experiences require 2 Table Service credits per person each.
Happy planning and bon appetit!
Jen
