    Understand that Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure Grand Opening is set for for Oct. 1, 2021. Unfortunately, that's two weeks after my family plans to be there. Is there anyway to get signed up to included in a test run while we are there?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Lisa! I know exactly how you feel! My family and I visited Magic Kingdom Park about a week before Seven Dwarfs Mine Train opened in Fantasyland! It was so hard to see it before we could actually experience it! I remember telling my kids (and myself) that it would give us all a reason to be excited for our next visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth! I am sure you are going to feel the same way about Remy's Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT! As you know, this brand new attraction is slated to open on October 1, 2021 as part of The World's Most Magical Celebration!

    The Disney Parks do "soft open" their new attractions prior to opening day, but this is typically reserved for Cast Members and their families who played a role in bringing the attraction from paper (or computer) to reality in the park! I am not so sure that "soft opening" will be made available to the general public. However, if you find yourself in EPCOT during your September 2021 visit, you might want to stroll on over to France in EPCOT's World Showcase. If Remy does open his kitchen a little early, maybe you'll be one of the first to get to experience the adventure!
