As a fellow former Annual Passholder, I too am very saddened by the sunsetting of the Annual Passport program. I’m eagerly waiting for the safe reopening of Disneyland Resort theme parks and hotels. It’s been too long since we were able to stroll down Main Street USA or enjoy immersive attractions at
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park.
I’m sorry you did not receive direct communication regarding the sunsetting of the Annual Passport program. A copy of the letter from Ken Potrock, President of Disneyland Resort can be found

Disneyland.com. Disneyland Resort is working on issuing pro rata refunds to Annual Passholders who are entitled to one. Because it will be important to ensure your correct contact and credit card information are correct for the refunds to be processed, I encourage you to contact Annual Passholder Services at (714) 781-PASS [(714) 781-7277] and a friendly Cast Member will be able to assist you directly.
As a benefit of your Annual Passport, you will continue to receive applicable discounts, based on your Passport type, on merchandise and food & beverage at select
Downtown Disney District and
Buena Vista Street establishments, until new membership offerings are announced. Additionally, through February 25th, 2021 on Mondays through Thursdays, Passholders are entitled to 30% off select merchandise at select locations in Downtown Disney District and Buena Vista Street.
