I understand that I can purchase park tickets early and use them later. Can they be used 2 or even 3 years from the time of our purchase? Also how quickly should I link them to out My Disney account?

    Hi Frances!

This is a great question. I always recommend to Guests that they purchase Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets as soon as they can. Although no price increase has been announced, the sooner you buy them, the sooner you lock in the current price. As far as I know, Disney has always honored valid purchased tickets, even if a lot of time has passed. Keep in mind that tickets are only good for 14 days from the first day you use them. In other words, tickets you save to use sometime in the future (longer than 14 days away) cannot already be used--even one day.

Also, I like to link my tickets to My Disney Experience as soon as I purchase them. That way, I have them there all ready to go whenever I need them. Technically, you only need them in My Disney Experience by the time you do use them. But I like to do it right away so I don't forget. Because My Disney Experience is such a fantastic planning tool, I like to add everything as I go to make sure I keep it all together in one place. Thanks for stopping by. Please come back if we do anything else to help with your planning.

    Have a magical day!
