    I understand that you must purchase the magic your way for the dining plan. What about season passes? I am not a FL resident but was considering coming once in Jan and then another time the following Oct. If I can't, then how can I budget for meals?

    Hi Rachel,

    If you purchase an Annual Pass, you'll be able to take advantage of special Annual Passholder room rates. If you book a room under these rates, you can purchase the Disney Dining Plan without purchasing additional tickets. Seasonal Passes are only available to Florida Residents.
