Hi Michael!

I could not agree with you more. I took advantage of PhotoPass+ on my last two Walt Disney World vacations and I definitely got my money's worth. The first time started out with the pre-paid standard PhotoPass CD, but after the first character dinner and a couple of attractions, we decided to upgrade to PhotoPass+ and ended up paying full price. I pre-paid the second time to get the discount. I honestly do not know why it has the 14 day rule. My voucher was shipped to me in less than a week. When PhotoPass+ was first released, the entire lanyard and cards were shipped, so there was no need for a voucher. I can only hope that Disney will make it electronic in the future.
