Hello there, Elizabeth! Welcome back to planDisney. Thanks for sailing our way with your question.
Your voyage is quickly approaching! How exciting to be just days away from your time at sea with Captains Mickey and Minnie. I'd love to help you with your plans. Disney Cruise Line offers internet access packages at three different levels, depending on your connectivity needs.
The first package is the "Stay Connected" plan which offers access to select social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Prices are subject to change at any time, but as of today, this package is $10.00 per day when purchased for your entire voyage. The next level is the "Basic Surf" plan. This includes the social media sites as well as access to the web, email, and voice calling. It currently costs $20.00 per day if purchased for the length of your voyage. The final option is "Premium Surf". This includes the “Basic Surf” package offerings, plus, video on YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok, as well as video calling and music streaming (e.g, Spotify and Pandora). Video streaming is not available with this package. The "Premium Surf" plan currently costs $30.00 per day with the price subject to change at any time.
I hope that information helps you sort out which option is most economical for you! The countdown to your cruise is almost over. If you'd like to look over a packing checklist as you prepare your suitcases for adventure, Disney Cruise Line
provides one here. If you haven't already downloaded the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, please be sure to do so! You'll be able to view the daily activity schedule within the app once you step onboard the ship.
If you want to take advantage of sailing again on a future Disney Cruise within 24 months at a discount, don't forget to book a placeholder through the app while onboard. It's the best way to ensure that you can say "See ya real soon!" to Mickey and the gang.
Have an amazing voyage! Please sail back to planDisney the next time you have a question. My pals and I would be so happy to help.
