    I understand that we will get new Magic Bands with our recent reservation and was wondering when do we get the chance to customize them? I've linked my reservation to my account, but only our old inactive bands show up. Not sure what I'm missing.

    Thanks for bringing your question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. If you have booked a Disney Resort Hotel, you will receive complimentary MagicBands. Once you link your Resort Hotel Reservation to your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to customize your MagicBands. To do so, simply log in to your account and click the MagicBands and Cards link. You should see a link to Personalize Your MagicBands. You will then customize each MagicBand individually for your group (choose a color and type in the person's name) and click the Ship Now link. If you complete this process 11 days or more before your arrival, they will then be shipped to your home. If you have less than 11 days, they will be waiting for you at the front desk when you arrive and check-in. If you need additional help, call (407)939-5277.
