I understand that we need to reserve the parks but are we allowed to grab a snack at one park and head over to the reserved park. For example my daughter loves the French bakery at Epcot, so past trips she would go there first and then meet us. Thanks!

Greetings, and welcome back to planDisney Penny!

I fully understand the passion for the delectable, traditional French baked goods and pastries at Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie, at the France Pavilion, EPCOT, as I am a huge fan myself - I can just imagine being there right this very moment!

Perhaps your daughter could make her Disney Park Pass reservations for EPCOT first, to savour and leisurely enjoy her French baked goods, and then join you and the rest of your travel party at 2:00 PM ET or later at the theme park you will be at. Currently, the way the Disney Park Pass system works is that Guests must visit the reserved theme park first, and then at 2:00 PM ET or later, they could then hop over to a second theme park for which a Disney Park Pass is not required (conditions apply and subject to availability).

May I suggest a few other venues not located inside theme parks that your daughter could enjoy French baked goods, such as Le Petit Café at Disney’s Riviera Resort which can be accessed by the Disney Skyliner, and at Disney Springs - AristoCrêpes and Amorette’s Patisserie and then she could join you at your reserved theme park?

Please ensure you have valid admission with the Park Hopper® Option if you still wish to park hop before you select your Disney Park Pass reservations. As well, while you are deciding upon theme park admission, you may wish to add the Disney Genie+ service for a nominal fee per valid theme park admission, per day, in order to save waiting in lines by selecting an arrival window from 40 attractions across all four theme parks.

Pro Tip - Activate Disney’s MagicMobile Service in your My Disney Experience app to add your theme park admission to your digital wallet on your iPhone or Google Pay enabled Android phone. I really enjoyed accessing my theme park admission from my iPhone digital wallet and my Apple Watch during my recent stay.

Penny, it was my pleasure assisting you, and I look forward to being of any further help with your Disney planning again soon - thank you!
