I understand I need to register in advance of my visit to Disneyland. In order to register, I need my ticket number. I received a message that my tickets will be able to view or download 3 days prior to arrival. Will this be too late to register?

Hey there, Phil. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. We're so glad you're here and we are thrilled to be a small part of planning your visit. Hooray! Your visit to the Disneyland Resort will be here in no time, so let's make sure you're all set for your trip.

It sounds like you might have purchased a Disneyland Vacation Package. If this is the case, you are correct that your theme park tickets will arrive via email four days prior to your arrival date. You indeed will need a theme park reservation for each day that you plan on enjoying the parks. Not to worry, you can definitely make those reservations before your tickets arrive via email. To do this, you will need to add your vacation package confirmation number to your Disney account.

At the Disneyland site, click on "My Hotel Reservations" under the heading "My Disneyland" towards the top right. Here you can link your vacation package and then you will be able to make your theme park reservations. I recommend making your theme park reservations as soon as possible to ensure you are able to get your desired visit dates.

Once you're all set with your theme park reservations, you can start thinking about all of the wonderful things you will do during your visit. The Holidays at the Disneyland Resort will be in full swing and there will be lots of festive things to do and (my favorite) eat. One of my favorite things to do during the holiday season is to head over to the Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure Park. The best way to enjoy the Festive Foods Marketplace (in my opinion) is with a Sip and Savor Pass. It's even more fun if you share your pass with friends and family to try as many different eats and treats as you can.

Phil, I hope this helps as you are getting ready for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. If I didn't answer your question, please come back to ask another. Until then, I wish you continued happy planning!
