    I understand the mono rail in Magic Kingdom will be closed in March, we have breakfast at Citricos at 8am, What are some other ways to get to Magic Kingdom from the Grand Floridian? Thanks

    Hi Sheila,

    Breakfast at Citricos followed by a day at Magic Kingdom park sounds like heaven. I am getting hungry just thinking about it.

    Because the Resort Monorail will be running on a modified schedule during your visit, I suggest checking with a Cast Member on the day of your breakfast to find out the current schedule. If you are unable to use the Resort Monorail, you certainly have other options. 

    My first choice would be to travel directly from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to Magic Kingdom park via water taxi. Boats typically run every 15-30 minutes and it's a quick and very pleasant trip across Seven Seas Lagoon to Magic Kingdom park.

    You may also take a bus if you so choose. Walt Disney World Resort really does a great job of providing many complimentary resort transportation options. I have no doubt you will be on Main Street, U.S.A., in no time!
