I understand the maximum group size you can book for using Multi Pass is 20. My question is the booking window less availability for large groups like it was with Genie+. EG if I am group of 5 am I going to get the same availability at 7am as a group of 16

Hey, Alex from Kent! Welcome to planDisney! It's so great to have you here, and I'm excited to help with your first-ever question today. As a Disney pro like yourself, you already know how the new Lightning Lane passes are a terrific way to plan ahead and make your day even more magical. I personally love the idea of arriving at the Disney World parks with a clear plan in mind and being able to choose more experiences to enjoy with my family, all while avoiding long waits. It's a total game-changer!

Now, there is no way to determine the availability of a specific experience for any given day. With tens of thousands of Guests booking experiences simultaneously every day, the system will automatically present you with options based on your specific group, and these options can vary based on the number of Guests.

If you're bringing a big group along, I've got some tips that might come in handy. When you're buying Lightning Lane Multi Passes for your crew, you can choose up to 3 attractions or experiences for everyone at the same time. After you've made the purchase, you can change the selected experiences and arrival times for some of your group as long as there are open slots. If some folks in your group want different experiences, consider splitting into smaller groups and nominating someone to coordinate each group.

I really think that doing this will give everyone a better chance of enjoying the experiences they want. Plus, you won't have to worry about changing things up for different Guests later on. It's a win-win!

And an extra friendly reminder: plans can change often, and people might switch up their plans, including the park they intended to visit. This could open up new and exciting experiences before and during your visit. If you can't snag a particular experience when you first try to book, don't worry! Just check your My Disney Experience app back regularly because you might get lucky.

Alex, I hope this info helps you out! If you have any questions in the future, feel free to ask. We're always happy to assist our awesome friends from Kent like you.

    Cheers
