    I understand that the Main Street Electrical Parade has run its course, and I know about the Festival of Fantasy parade and I enjoy it every time I see it. But, I was wondering if there was any talk about a new night parade at Magic Kingdom?

    Well, you've asked the question we would all love to have an answer to! I was so sad to see the Main Street Electrical Parade go...though I'm loving seeing all the excitement over the return to Disneyland Resort! And yes, Disney's Festival of Fantasy Parade is AMAZING, but I'm truly hoping for an announcement soon about a new nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom Park.

    Last summer I had the chance to visit Disneyland Park during their 60th Anniversary Celebration, and was able to see Disney's Paint the Night Parade. Oh. My. Goodness. It was AWESOME. Selfishly, I'm hoping Paint the Night will find a new home at Walt Disney World Resort, but as of yet I've heard no news about it moving to Florida. (insert sad face here)

    In the meantime, I'm keeping a close watch on the Disney Parks Blog and following Walt Disney World on Twitter for any announcements about a new nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom! I encourage you to do the same, and let's keep our fingers crossed we'll hear some news real soon!
