I understand in the main building of the Grand Floridian there are deluxe rooms, including a deluxe queen (2 queen beds and a sofa seating area). Is the sofa a fold out, therefore allowing a person to sleep there? Love the panel! Thank you!!

Hi Autumn!  Disney's Grand Floridian is a such a beautiful resort at Walt Disney World, and it is in a word, 'grand'!  Also, it is on the monorail system, making it super-easy to visit Magic Kingdom or Epcot.  There are several different types of rooms at the Grand Floridian, and yes, some of them can accommodate up to 5 guests by utilizing a day-bed/sofa along with the 2 queen beds - not all rooms with 2 queen beds have the day bed though.  In order to insure that you get one of these rooms, you will need to have 5 guests registered on your reservation.

Autumn, I hope this helps to clarify the room types at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.  You can't go wrong by choosing this beautiful resort, trust me!  Thanks for coming back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question - have a magical day!
