I understand that it is going to be very hot in May. We want to know if men must have ties and sportsjackets at any of the restaurants (Victoria and Albert's is the only one I found and we won't be going there). Thanks

Hi Lynda! May can be a hot month at Walt Disney World -- I'm actually at Disney now and the temperatures have been very comfortable this week, though.

The signature restaurants in the resort hotels at Disney do have a dress code, but ties and jackets are not required. You're certainly welcome to dress up if you'd like, but most people dress more casually at Disney. The dress code for the signature restaurants prohibits tank tops, cut-off or torn clothing, swimsuits and t-shirts with offensive language or graphics. T-shirts, jeans, and dress shorts are allowed, and the standard attire for most men at the signature restaurants seems to be a short-sleeve dress or polo shirt with khakis, jeans or shorts.

Hope this helps! Have a great time!
