I understand Genie+ comes with PhotoPass. 1. Does PhotoPass also allow us to download photos taken on attractions like Splash Mountain? 2. When I'm not present with my adult kids, can they still link to our PhotoPass?

Hey there, Otto – I appreciate you bringing your question to the planDisney Panel.

As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words – and if it is a Disney photo, I say it’s also worth a thousand magical memories too!

I am excited to share that Genie+ includes unlimited Disney PhotoPass downloads, including attraction photos. In fact, during my last trip to Disneyland Park, I purchased Genie+ and was able to download the picture of my son’s first-time riding Space Mountain.

If you plan on splitting up from your children, ensure they have their tickets saved to their own Disneyland Mobile App. Genie+ is linked to the ticket, so even if you have the same ticket stored on multiple apps, the person will continue to have access to all the privileges of Genie+, including Disney PhotoPass.

Speaking of Disney PhotoPass, don’t forget to pose for a group picture. I love the PhotoPass location at Big Thunder Mountain Railroad – it is gorgeous!

Have a great time, and enjoy Genie+!

    Best wishes,
