I understand frozen water bottles are acceptable, would the same apply to a frozen 2 liter camelback bladder? It allows me to stay cool, and hydrated for many hours amd serves as storage for phones etc. Thaks so much!

Hey there, hi there, Bryan! Welcome to planDisney. It's a pleasure to have you drop by with your question for us!

I bet you are so excited that your visit is almost here! It sounds like you are doing the final prep and planning of all the small details. Camelbak backpacks and bladders are permitted in the parks, and after taking a look at the Property Rules, the only mention of prohibited ice is for loose and dry ice. With that being said, the final call on what can and cannot be brought into the parks is up to the security team at the security checkpoints.

Should you need to refill your hydration bladder, there are many locations with bottle refilling stations that you can probably manage to refill as well. You can find these locations while you are in the parks by opening the Disneyland app and using the search feature to search for "bottle-filling stations". On the info page, you will see an option to "Find on Map", and then you can see where each and every station is throughout both the parks and resort hotels. As you probably know, most quick-service locations also provide complimentary cups of water.

Bryan, I hope this is helpful as you put together your park essentials. Here's to a very magical and hydrated visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
