I understand Disneyland’s reopening will only be available for California residents, but what proof, if any, will be required and when?

Hi there Mary Suzette, and welcome to planDisney! It's great to see you hEAR with a question about the exciting reopening of the Disneyland Resort theme parks.

Upon reopening at the end of this month, Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park will only be available to residents of the Golden State. To make theme park reservations, Guests must be logged into their Disney account, which needs to be associated with a California address. Guests will also be asked to confirm that they are living in the state of California while making theme park reservations and may be asked to show proof of residency at the entrance.

I hope this helps you better understand some of the steps currently in place for planning new Disneyland adventures. What a wonderful time to be one of Mickey Mouse's California neighbors! I wish you the best as you make your return to a land of magic. Before you know it you'll be walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A! Thanks for stopping by to visit us at planDisney, and we'll see ya real soon!
