When you arrive at your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can stop by the
Front Desk and ask for Key to the World cards for the members of your travel party. They will have you link a credit card and set up a PIN if you haven’t already done so through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Then, you’ll be able to charge purchases back to your room using that card. If you’d like to pay down that balance using
Disney Gift Cards, you can visit the Front Desk whenever you'd like. Just make sure that you make your final payments the night before checkout, as your credit card on file will be charged any remaining balance early on the morning you check out.
Now, did you know that you can keep track of your hotel room charges right in the My Disney Experience mobile app? Just log into the app, click the three horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom right-hand corner, scroll down a little bit and tap "Hotel Reservations," scroll down a little more, and click "View Charges." I like being able to keep track of everything so there are no surprises. But if you want it all to be a surprise until it's all said and done, just forget this little tip, swipe that card, enter your PIN, pay it down here and there, and look (or don't look) at the final totals when you're home! I won't judge.
