I understand I can book a stay at WDW via phone 499 days prior to my arrival. Would doing this also lock in the current hotel rate?

    Hi Sarah,

Glad to know you are busy planning a magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort for next year. Guess what? You are not the only one. I am also thinking about next year, and the next, and the next..

It is true. You can actually book a room-only reservation up to 500 days in advance, but only by speaking directly to a Vacation Planning Specialist at (407) 939-1936 or with your travel agent. However, any prices quoted will be subject to change until the rates for the following year are released. This is a good approach for those Guests that must book a specific type of room on specific dates. Magic Your Way Vacation Packages can be booked only after rates are released.

I suggest my friends to keep an eye for Special Offers, which as a great way Mickey gives us to save some Disney Dollars. You could have a reservation made prior to this, and then apply an offer or discount if it becomes available and fits your travel plans.

One last tip: remember to book any advanced dining reservations up to 180 days of your Check-In. By staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can do them for your entire stay up to 10 days. One of the many Disney Resort Hotel Guests Benefits. Just visit the Walt Disney World restaurants and reservations page. Happy planning!
