I understand that Bell Service will not transfer perishable items during a split stay, but will they transfer a case of water? We have a split stay booked for December 2023.

Hi Brittany, and welcome to planDisney!

Split stays are a part of our regular resort vacation rotation at Walt Disney World Resort! I love the idea of changing scenery and environment, and you can have that with the different resort themes.

You can have your luggage transferred as long as both resorts are Disney Resort Hotels. You will drop off your baggage at Bell Services and inform them where your next resort reservation is, and they will take it from there. We have had an occasion where they were able to transfer our case of water. I recommend ensuring the bottles are secure in the packaging to help with the transport. You can expect your luggage to arrive by the end of the day, which means more fun to enjoy at the theme parks or Disney Springs.

If you have additional questions prior to your arrival, please let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical experience!
