    Hello, if I have an undated ticket that I no longer need since I got a disney pass are we able to assign it to someone else or transfer it?

    Welcome to planDisney, Daisy! Thank you for stopping by with your question today about Disneyland Paris. Congratulations on becoming Disneyland Pass holders! You now have a whole year of Disney magic ahead of you, and what a year to have it, with so many new experiences to explore at Disney Adventure World!

    Undated tickets do not benefit from the same cancellation options as dated tickets, and they must be used within a year of purchase. As a Disneyland Pass holder, I can see why this may not be the most helpful option for you. I would recommend reaching out to Disneyland Paris directly to discuss your specific circumstances via the online chat function on their website. You can find this on the “Buy Disney Park Tickets” page, available Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7.30pm and Saturdays from 9.30am to 5.45pm, Paris time.

    Have you heard there are even more new experiences arriving at Disneyland Paris this year? From 24 July, Guests visiting Disney Adventure World will be able to enjoy the all-new Disney Princess Cavalcade, featuring lots of characters, including one of my son’s favourites, Raya! If you have not seen Raya and the Last Dragon, I would definitely recommend it.
