    My uncle is a florida resident, he would like buy ticket for my family when we travel to disney world 4 days, i know he should be present for the first day to make it works for the Florida resident price, but is he must be present 3 days left with us?

    Hi Kevin! Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney.

    Florida residents often get access to discounts and special offers since they live in the Sunshine State closest to the parks. At the time of writing this answer, there are also three annual passes on sale exclusively for Florida residents (subject to availability). It pays to live close to the Most Magical Place on Earth.

    In order to take advantage of Florida-resident tickets and discounts, each member of the travel party must be a resident of Florida. If there is anyone in the travel party that is not a Florida resident, they would need to purchase standard admission to the theme parks. All Guests ages 18 or over will need to show proof of Florida residency and any Florida resident under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult who has shown proof of Florida residency. Please refer to the Proof of Florida Residence page to learn what types of documentation will need to be provided.
