my uncle (a florida resident) want' to buy 3-day park hopper tickets for my kids but he's unable to walk and go to the parks. Can my kids use the 3-day tickets he purchased if I buy a non-florida resident 3-day pass and take my kids?

Hi Ashu, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by to see us with your question. Let's help you plan a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort for your Mouseketeers!

As a Floridian myself, I enjoy being able to share my love of all things Disney with the people I care about the most, so I understand your uncle wanting to do something so sweet for your kids. While he can buy them tickets as a Florida resident, he would need to provide proof of his Florida address before those tickets can be activated and used to enter the theme parks. I think one option that might work for you is to visit Disney Springs with him a day or two before you plan to go to the parks and pick up the tickets at the Disney Ticket Center there. It's much easier to navigate than the parks, and you can always rent a wheelchair if he needs a little extra help getting around. Then, you can treat him to a nice lunch at one of the amazing restaurants at Disney Springs as a thank-you for getting tickets for your crew.

Once you have the tickets activated, your uncle doesn't have to go to the parks with you. And of course, you can also buy your own 3-Day ticket at Disney Springs as well, so your family will be all set for your magical adventure!

I hope this helps you have a truly special time at Walt Disney World with your little ones, Ashu. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
