how do i unassign comp tickets to give to someone else to assign to their Disney experience account?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Jean!

Thank you for taking the time to send a question our way. I am happy to hear that you are about to become someone’s Fairy Godmother by giving the gift of Disney magic!

Depending on the terms and conditions of your ticket, you may be able to reassign them to another Guest online or via the My Disney Experience app. While using the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select Tickets and Passes, find the tickets you wish to reassign, tap Reassign Ticket and select a Guest from your Family & Friends list.

The person you will be reassigning your tickets to must have a Disney account and be included in your Family & Friends list. To add this Guest to your Family & Friends list via the My Disney Experience app, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select My Profile, tap Family & Friends List and select Add a Guest.
I hope this information is helpful, Jean. If you are unable to reassign your ticket, please contact Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985, and be sure to visit us once again real soon if you have additional questions.

    Best magical wishes,
