Depending on the terms and conditions of your
ticket, you may be able to reassign them to another Guest
online or via the
My Disney Experience app. While using the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select
Tickets and Passes, find the tickets you wish to reassign, tap
Reassign Ticket and select a Guest from your
Family & Friends list.
The person you will be reassigning your tickets to must have a
Disney account and be included in your
Family & Friends list. To add this Guest to your
Family & Friends list via the My Disney Experience app, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select
My Profile, tap
Family & Friends List and select
Add a Guest.
