Hello, Tatyanna,
"
Oh, bother." I’m sorry to hear you can’t make it to the Disneyland Resort as originally planned. But no worries. In most cases, you can cancel your existing
theme park reservation and book a new reservation for another date that is still valid for your specific ticket and for which park reservations are still available.
To cancel an existing park reservation, start by opening the
Disneyland mobile app to the Future Plans screen and tapping on your reservation. That will open the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website in your web browser. From there, you can modify or cancel an existing park reservation.
Before modifying an existing reservation, you can also check the
theme park reservation availability calendar for availability for
theme park tickets or the
Magic Key Access Calendar for reservation availability for
Magic Key passes. Be sure to keep in mind the validity dates for your ticket or pass. For theme park tickets, your ticket purchase confirmation email will indicate the
expiration policy specific to the ticket you purchased. If you have a one-day ticket, you’ll also need to check which days your particular
tier of ticket is valid.
Whether your visit is sooner or later, I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Tatyanna. Please let us know if you have any more questions as you get ready to experience The Happiest Place on Earth!
