Many Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations can be canceled online. To verify whether your reservation can be canceled online or not, please
sign in to your My Disney Experience account. Next,
navigate to the “My Reservations” section by clicking here. If you see a “Cancel Reservation” link under your reservation, please click it at this time and follow the prompts on the following pages. If you do not see this link, you will need to speak to a friendly Cast Member via phone.
You can
find the current telephone number for the Disney Reservation Center on this webpage. Please keep in mind that phone lines have been notoriously busy during this unprecedented time. We are all learning to navigate the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, and we ask for your patience if you encounter longer than expected wait times.
As a reminder, cancellation fees normally apply, but during the
