    Hello, I am unable to renew my pass and I am still with the 30 days to expiration. Thank you.

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you very much for bringing your question our way! 

    Currently, Magic Keyholders have the opportunity to renew during their renewal window (up to 30 days before the pass expiration date.) This can be done via the Disneyland Mobile App or the Disneyland Resort website. 

    You may renew your current Disneyland Resort Magic Key tier or upgrade to a higher tier pass, if available. Currently, the only upgrade available is the Inspire Key. The other Magic Key tiers are available for renewals only at this time. But, California residents do still have the option to use Monthly Payments for Magic Key renewals. 

    If you are experiencing issues with the renewal process, please contact Magic Key Services at (714) 781-7277 for assistance with your Magic Key renewal. A Cast Member in that department will be more than happy to assist you. You can also stop by a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth for assistance.
