It's the spookiest time of the year at Disneyland Resort! I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble renewing your Magic Key. I can understand how frustrating that can be if you are planning a visit soon. When you are in your 30-day window of your Magic Key expiring, you should be able to renew your annual pass through the
Disneyland website or
Disneyland app. Make sure you are logged into your MyDisney account first. Passes cannot be renewed if they have expired. If it has expired, you would be limited to purchasing a pass that is currently available for sale. If you are in the window to renew and still have issues, I recommend reaching out to the
Magic Key line for further assistance.
Before I head into the parks for a visit using my Magic Key, I always like to make sure I check the
"Extras Unlocked" in the Magic Key Portal in the Disneyland app. There are usually some seasonal extras to be aware of, and I always like to know if there is some sort of exclusive item for purchase or snack to try. I've heard the Neapolitan Sampler at Golden Horseshoe is the perfect way to beat the afternoon heat!
