    I was unable to renew my Florida Resident Pixie Pass before 30 days after the expiration due to financial hardship. Is there any way to renew the pass and retain the renewal discount?

    Annual Passes can be renewed up to 60 days before and 30 days after the expiration date. I’m sorry to hear you couldn’t renew your Annual Pass when it expired. I recommend calling and explaining your situation to a Cast Member at the number listed under "Annual Passholders." Florida residents who utilize the Monthly Payment Program may not be able to renew over the phone, and you may not be allowed to renew at the discounted rate, but the Cast Member will be able to explain your options at that time.
