    I was unable to purchase a Wilderness Lodge sweatshirt in my size during our January 2020 stay. Is there a way to buy resort apparel other than at the resort?

    We are so happy to hear from you again! I hope your trip to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge made some unforgettable memories for you! I’m sure you’re already daydreaming about your next adventure to The Most Magical Place on Earth! 

    For years there was a Disney Parks Merchandise Guest Services team that was able to take calls and emails from Guests that had requests for specific merchandise they may have missed at the theme parks or resort hotels. However, this service was suspended with a few years ago, and now Souvenir Pick-Up (currently unavailable), Resort Hotel Delivery (currently unavailable), and Home Delivery are the available merchandise services for Guests visiting Walt Disney World. 

    The best bet for you now, Ellen, (apart from booking another magical journey to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge) would be to keep your eye on shopDisney.com, the shopDisney Mobile App, eBay, Poshmark, or other reselling sites! You may even be able to find your size at a discount!
