I am unable to make my park reservation. The window won't open. Gives me a message, someone ate the page

Hi there, Jessie! I'm so happy you found us here at planDisney. We love helping fellow Guests plan their days at the Happiest Place on Earth, whether that's where to find the best churro or how to snag a coveted Blue Bayou Restaurant dining reservation, or a little technical assistance when making theme park reservations! We are here for it all!

I'm so sorry you're running into some bumps making those theme park reservations. That can definitely be frustrating when you are trying to get your Disneyland logistics in place so you can start daydreaming about all the magic and fun ahead! I am seeing that your arrival date is late November, which may be the issue here. Reservations open up 120 days in advance, so while you are a Disney planner after our own hearts hoping to lock in those reservations early (especially right around Thanksgiving!), the system isn't quite ready for you. I can see that as of today, reservations are only open through October 30th. I like to set a little reminder in my phone at the 120-day mark to give me a little nudge when it's time to secure those reservations. I think you're smart to grab them as soon as they open seeing as you are going right in the middle of the holly jolly holiday season!

If for some reason the date comes and you are still having some issues, general Tinker Bell-approved troubleshooting usually calls for closing out and restarting your browser (or app!) or clearing the cache on your desktop. There's always the good, old-fashioned advice of turning your device off and restarting from scratch. Simple tactics that I know have helped me in the past when I keep getting an error message.

OK! With all of that settled, can we talk about the holiday magic?! We just got some news about what we can expect this holiday season and it has me humming some very merry tunes and thinking about those handmade candy canes from the Candy Palace! Guests visiting during this time will once again see the nights comes alive with BOTH "World of Color - Season of Light" at Disney California Adventure Park and "Believe ... In The Holiday Magic" fireworks at Disneyland Park returning! I personally love it when some of my favorite attractions get all dressed up for the season like Haunted Mansion Holiday, "it's a small world" Holiday, and even Mater's Jingle Jamboree! Truly the merriest time of the year!

Jessie, I sure hope you're ringing in the holly jolly of those theme park reservations about a month from now when they open up to you! While you're in your calendar, might as well add a reminder at the 60-day park when dining reservations will also become available! If you have any more questions, you know where to find us at planDisney.

    So much merry magic ahead!
