Hi Jo-Anne!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for dropping by with a question!
Actually, yes! I have experienced this problem. Try changing internet browsers. I typically use Google Chrome or Firefox. And, from time to time, I clear my browsing data (history, cookies, cached images and files). If you continue to have problems, I suggest you speak directly with a Cast Member in website support at 407-939-4357. They can take a look at your My Disney Experience account to help you correct the problem.
I suspect you might be trying to make sure your Family & Friends List is in order to use the
Disney Park Pass system. If so, that is so exciting! Once you can check your Family & Friends List, make sure that everyone has a park ticket assigned for the correct number of days. If you have a Disney resort hotel reservation, be sure that reservation is linked in My Disney Experience. Once you are ready to make those park pass reservations, check the
park availability calendar to see if the dates you want are available.
Jo-Anne, a lot is happening at the Walt Disney World Resort now as everyone prepares for
phased reopening. I recommend keeping an eye on all
operational updates. Take a look at the
available experiences before you arrive so that you know how to make the most of the magic. If you have not done so already, be sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can take advantage of
mobile dine check-in and
mobile food & beverage ordering.
Sending you a little pixie dust to resolve those My Disney Experience issues and get back to planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
