    If we were unable to obtain a FP to the Animal Kingdom Avatar Flight of Passage on December 24 then what is the best to get on? Park hours are 8am to 10pm and extra magic we qualify for from 7a to 8a

    Hi Brenna,

    Avatar Flight of Passage will take you on a whimsical, exhilarating journey on the back of a Banshee.  As you can imagine this attraction is incredibly popular.  If you are able to make it to Disney's Animal Kingdom before Extra Magic Hours begin (ideally 45-60 hours before) and head immediately to the attraction as soon as you are permitted entry into the park, you are likely to experience the shortest wait time of the day in my experience.  As the day goes on, the standby queue is likely to increase significantly.  The Christmas holidays are also a very popular time of year to visit Walt Disney World and the theme parks tend to be very crowded.  Again, your best bet is to arrive as early as you possibly can in the morning.
