    I am unable to locate where my itinerary is?

    Hi Shannon! Welcome to planDisney!

    You must be SO excited for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation to begin in just a few more days! I'm sure you have been busy planning your visit over the past few months and all that hard work is about to pay off. You will be exploring the theme parks VERY soon!

    To find your itinerary including Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, Disney Park Pass reservations, and dining reservations, you will want to go to "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu on the main Walt Disney World website. You can also locate them on the My Disney Experience mobile app by logging in, touching the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner, then selecting " My Plans."

    If you are still having trouble finding your plans, give Disney's website support a call at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Members there can help troubleshoot any issues that you are having and walk you through the process to view your itinerary.
