I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty getting your Theme Park Tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience account. Not knowing exactly what the issue is, I can't be sure how to help you fix it. With your arrival date quickly approaching, my best advice is to get in touch with a Cast Member. I understand you've had a hard time getting a phone call through. In my experience, I've found the best times to call are first thing in the morning or late in the evening. The wait times are typically shorter then. Try giving the Ticketing Team a call at (407) 934-7639. If you can't get through, not to fret! You can try the chat feature either online or on the My Disney Experience mobile app. To access the chat feature online, visit the Walt Disney World Resort website. Hover over the Help & Rules tab on the home page and select
"Help Center" from the drop-down menu that appears. Click on the chat icon to open up a live chat box with a Cast Member. To access the chat feature on the
My Disney Experience mobile app, start by tapping on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app home screen. Scroll down and tap on the "Chat With Us" box.
Once you have your Theme Park Tickets linked to your account, you'll need to make your
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System right away. I just checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and it looks like there's lots of "green" in the week ahead, which means you should have no trouble securing the Theme Park Reservations you're hoping to book!
